Chic Collab
Day of Coordination
You've done the planning, now let us bring it home. The Chic Collab is our event management service designed for the organized couple who needs a trusted team to tie it all together. We step in during the final weeks to review logistics, manage vendors, and ensure a seamless, stylish event day that lets you actually enjoy every moment.
Services Included
Develop a detailed event timeline and share with all vendors two weeks prior
Coordinate ceremony, reception, and all traditional rituals (e.g., Baraat, Milni, Sehra Bandi, Pooja, Prayer Circles)
Confirm all vendor logistics including arrival, setup, service delivery, and final payments
Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, guests, and family members
Execute the event itinerary and manage flow for entrances, speeches, performances, and entertainment
Offer 25 off-site planning hours, including 5-6 meetings prior to the event
Oversee 10 hours of on-site coordination, including vendor setup and guest experience
Facilitate floor plan finalization and seating/table arrangements
Assist with group photography coordination before and after the evenåt
Setup of personalized items (welcome signs, place cards, seating charts, guest books)
Secure personal items and wedding gifts with your designated point person
Provide and utilize an emergency kit for unexpected situations
Ensure full support through the end of the event, including breakdown and departure logistics
Planning starts 2 months prior to event.
