With over a decade of experience in luxury event planning, Aysha has established herself as a trusted name in creating unforgettable celebrations. Her meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach to design have earned her recognition throughout the industry.
Aysha's passion for creating meaningful experiences drives her to understand each couple's unique story, ensuring their wedding day is a true reflection of their journey together. Her expertise in both South Asian and Western weddings allows her to seamlessly blend traditions while maintaining sophistication and elegance.
When she's not crafting dream weddings, you can find Aysha exploring new design inspirations, mentoring up-and-coming planners, or spending quality time with her family.
Nafisa Rahman
Lead Event Planner
Born and raised in New York with roots in Bangladesh and India, Nafisa brings a calm, efficient, and relatable energy to every wedding she plans.
Trained by our CEO and Executive Planner, Aysha Jalal, Nafisa combines creative coordination with the structure and precision honed from her background as an auditor for NYS and global banks.
Fluent in English, Bangla, Hindi, and Urdu, Nafisa connects effortlessly with diverse families, ensuring everyone feels heard and supported throughout the planning process. Her clients appreciate her steady composure, strong communication, and knack for turning even the most complex logistics into seamless celebrations.
Outside of weddings, Nafisa loves exploring new coffee shops, watching true crime and Bollywood movies, traveling with friends, and cozy nights in with her cat (who loves walks!). Fun fact — she's terrified of roller coasters but absolutely loves open helicopter rides — a true mix of adventure and balance, much like her approach to wedding planning.

Nasira is a Yesmin Events OG, working with us since the very start and bringing almost 5 years of experience to your wedding.
Born and raised in New York with roots in Bangladesh, she brings a thoughtful balance of structure, calm, and heart to every celebration. Trained under our CEO and Executive Planner, Aysha Jalal, Nasira is known for her clear, organized planning style and grounding presence throughout the process. On a wedding day, she finds the most joy in the quiet moments when couples pause and take in the love surrounding them — a reflection of the care she brings to every detail.
Known for her calm presence and her “work hard, play hard” attitude, Nasira is the steady hand behind the scenes ensuring every detail falls effortlessly into place. When she's not planning, she's exploring new hobbies — from knitting and fencing to hiking and even parasailing (despite her former fear of heights!).
